Allison Hester and Michael Lubin founded Elevate Academics with a shared belief that every student’s learning journey is unique. With backgrounds in education and a passion for helping students grow, they bring patience, strategy, and heart to every session. From their home base in North Lake Tahoe, Allison and Michael work with families both locally and online, guiding students to build confidence, strengthen skills, and discover their full potential.
